(2) Rishi Markanday Temple, Jukhala
Rishi Markanday, lived and meditated here.
Markandeya Ji is worshipped here as the savior of children and couples pray to him for long life of their children
one rishi Mrikandu, the rishi had no children and so he used to pray to Lord Shiva fervently for a child. Very soon, the Lord Shiva blessed him with a son, but also told him that his son will not live long and will die after reaching 12 years of age. Mrikandu named his son Markanday and started living in the constant fear of death of his only child.
When Markandeya Ji came to know the reason of his father's fear, he started worshipping Lord Shiva at the same place where the idol stands today

Shri Baba Nahar Singh Temple is addressed at Dholra. He is also known as ‘Bajia’, ‘Peepal Wala’,and ‘Dalian Wala’.
When King Deep Chand of Bilaspur married a queen of Kullu, who revered the Baba Nahar Singh. After sometime,the queen fell unwell and continued to suffer from spells of senselessness. At the time of going ‘Barat’ the ‘Palki’ of the Queen is not pick up by the people. The reason is that, Baba Nahar wants to go with the queen. Thus, Raja Deep Chand built this Temple at Dholra and placed his ‘Kharaun‘ (Wooden Slipper) in the temple

(1) Koldam
Power Generation Capacity is of 800 MW (4x200 MW).
The dam was constructed by National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) on Satluj river
It is 18 km from Bilaspur off the Chandigarh-Manali Highway (NH-21) near Barmana. The foundation stone of the dam was laid in June 2000 by Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the complete construction of the dam took about 15 years, finished on 3 January 2015.
(2) Bhakhra Dam
Bhakra Dam is a concrete gravity dam on the Sutlej river.
the construction of the dam was started by Sir Louis dane , it was the only dam in Asia which could produce 1500 MW power

Gobind Sagar stores up to 9.34 billion cubic metres of water, the 90 km long reservoir

built in the year 1965, it is built across the Sutlej River
It is located at a distance of 8 km from Bilaspur on the National Highway 88.
it measured 80 meters high from the river bed and 280 meters long
Its construction was started in the year 1959 and was completed in the year 1964
